Happy new year everyone!
I hope everyone had a good Christmas, I did.
My niece Elisabeth Rose was born on the 28th of december. She is so precious!
Our party with our reenacting group is coming up and I am looking forward to it!
I am planning to start a civil war ball gown soon so if anybody has any tips I would appreciate it.
I am sorry I don't update this more aften but I am busy and I am not sure what to write.

I too am planning on making a ball gown. I made one last year but it was of a synthetic fabric so I want to use a real silk this year if I can find one I can afford. We have a ball coming up on February 12th, so I'm *hoping* to have it done by then!
Congratulations again on your niece! We still have no baby yet but by next Sunday, if all goes well, he will be here and all of us will be home!
